There are two types of concrete sealers that can be used to seal dog kennel floors which are known as densifiers and stain repellent finishes. They can either be used in combination with each or as a stand alone product.
Concrete Sealer X-1 is a densifier/hardener for concrete which will give the concrete better crush and abrasion resistance to stop the concrete from dusting. It will also give the concrete stain resistance although it is not a repellent finish so other coatings can be applied over this sealer. It is highly effective at stopping hydrostatic water intrusion and can be used to remedy damp problems.
Concrete Sealer X-3 is applied over the top of the densifier product and it makes the surface become water and stain repellent without making the surface slippery. It allows easy clean up of the concrete and prevents staining.
