They can either be used in combination with each or as a stand alone product. 

Concrete Sealer X-1 is a densifier/hardener for concrete which will give the concrete better crush and abrasion resistance to stop the concrete from dusting. It will also give the concrete stain resistance although it is not a repellent finish so other coatings can be applied over this sealer. It is highly effective at stopping hydrostatic water intrusion and can be used to remedy damp problems.

Concrete Sealer X-3 is applied over the top of the densifier product and it makes the surface become water and stain repellent without making the surface slippery. It allows easy clean up of the concrete and prevents staining.

They chemically react with the lime in the concrete to create an insoluble internal moisture barrier. During the reaction the pores and the capilliaries in the concrete are filled which also makes the concrete less porous to moisture intrusion.

Concrete Sealer X-2 is a stronger version of Concrete Sealer X-1 and it is recommended for older concrete and also for porous concrete block.

The product penetrates into the brick and cures within 24 to 48 hours to form a water repellant barrier. Once it has dried the product will be invisible so it will not affect the appearance of the bricks.

We fix this problem by applying two coats of Concrete Sealer X-3 which is an impregnating silicone polymer that makes the concrete surface water repellant after a 24 hour cure time.

Two coats of Concrete Sealer X-3 are applied within 2 to 4 hours of each other. The sealer is invisible when it has dried and does not make the surface slippery.
