Our range of Stone Sealer products are designed to penetrate into the interior of all natural stone surfaces where they act as repellents to prevent damage while allowing the stone to breath and release moisture vapors. This provides the stone with protection against water and oil based stains, household acids and alkalis, and the formation of mold and mildew growth all of which can cause discoloration and staining. All of our Stone Sealer products can be used on interior and exterior surfaces including marble, granite, slate, limestone travertine, sandstone, agglomerates and naturally occurring stones. They can be used as marble counter top sealers, marble floor sealers, marble wall sealers, granite counter top sealers, granite wall sealers, granite floor sealers, slate counter top sealers, slate wall sealers, slate floor sealers, limestone counter top sealers, limestone wall sealers, limestone floor sealers and on any other type of travertine, sandstone, agglomerate and naturally occurring stones structure. 

Coverage of the Stone Sealer products varies depending on the porosity of the individual marble, granite, slate or limestone but approximately 500 to 1,000 square feet per gallon is normal and two coats are recommended.

Stone Sealer #1

Stone Sealer #1 is a reactive silicone polymer in odorless mineral spirits that impregnates the stone to form an invisible protective barrier. It produces a natural finish (no sheen) and does not alter the appearance of the stone surface. This product is solvent based and is widely used by the professionals in the stone fabricating industry to seal all types of naturally occurring stone including marble, granite, slate and limestone.

Stone Sealer #2

Stone Sealer #2 is a reactive silicone polymer emulsion in water which impregnates and seals the stone surfaces to leave a natural finish without the release of any volatile organic compounds(VOC) which means that it can be applied in enclosed or occupied premises where stricter clean air and VOC standards are enforced. This is the product that we most often recommend for sale to the general public for the maintenance of all stone surfaces including marble, granite, slate and limestone after installation because it is lot easier to apply than some of the solvent based alternatives. We recommend that this product is applied every 2 to 3 years.

Stone Sealer #3

Stone Sealer #3 is a fluoropolymer emulsion in water which bonds with all types of stone surfaces to produce a natural finish while providing stain resistance and increased wear abrasion. It contains <0.1% (<1 g/L) VOC which means that it can also be applied in enclosed or occupied. premises. This product is also recommended for sale to the general public for the maintenance of all stone surfaces including marble, granite, slate and limestone after installation and it should be applied every 2 to 3 years.

Stone Sealer #4

Stone Sealer #4 is a double strength reactive silicone polymer in a citrus based solvent which is biodegradable and occurs naturally in nature as the main component of orange peel oil. The product has a pleasant citrus odor, it is 100% bio-based with a positive environmental profile. It is a safer alternative to petroleum based solvents and is GRAS rated(Generally Regarded As Safe). It impregnates  marble, granite, slate and limestone to form an invisible protective barrier while preserving the natural color of the stone surface. This product is widely used by the professionals in the stone fabricating industry.

This is a combination product that offers both the qualities of Stone Sealer #1 and Stone Enhancer #1 in a single bottle. This product is solvent based and is widely used by the professionals in the stone fabricating industry.

Stone Sealer #6

Stone Sealer #6 is a more environmentally friendly version of Stone Sealer #5. The product is water based with no solvents or VOC and is non-toxic and nonflammable. It contains a reactive silicone polymer in a water emulsion that impregnates marble, granite, slate and limestone to form a "wet look" protective barrier. This is a combination product that offers both the qualities of Stone Sealer #2 and and an enhancer in a single bottle. This product is recommended for sale to both the general public and the stone fabricating industry.

Stone Sealer Concentrate

Stone Sealer Concentrate is a double strength product, containing a reactive silicone polymer in odorless mineral spirits, that impregnates marble, granite, slate and limestone to form an invisible protective barrier on all types of interior and exterior stone surfaces. This product is double strength version of Stone Sealer #1 and is designed for very porous stones or for very high traffic areas. This product is solvent based and is widely used by the professionals in the stone fabricating industry.

Stone Soap Ultra

Stone Soap Ultra is a highly concentrated water based cleaner used by the professionals which has been specifically formulated for marble, granite, slate, limestone, terrazzo, cultured marble, ceramic and quarry tile and all other natural interior and exterior stone surfaces. This concentrated cleaner can be diluted from 2oz. to 1 gallon with water which means that each gallon of product will make up to 64 gallons of cleaner (DO NOT confuse this product with the usual "spray and wipe" type products which are mainly water). Stone Soap Ultra is specifically formulated to be "stone friendly" and when diluted will not dull or damage the stone surface and it will not leave any soap residues or cause the surface to become slippery. Unlike other harsh and aggressive cleaners, our product is pH neutral (pH 7), does not contain any abrasives, acids , alkalis, salts, phosphates, d-limonene, artificial colors, fragrances and preservatives. Stone Soap Ultra will clean down into the the pores of all natural stone surfaces to remove dirt, dust, grime, soot, grease, oils, food and beverage spills, finger-prints and scuff-marks.

Grout Sealer #1

Grout Sealer #1 is a fluoropolymer emulsion in water which seals grout to prevent staining. This provides the grout with an invisible protective barrier against water and oil based stains, household acids and alkalis, and the formation of mold and mildew growth all of which can cause discoloration and staining. The fluoropolymer emulsion also makes the grout easier to clean and it is safe to use in enclosed spaces because it is water based and non-flammable. Grout Sealer #1 will cover approximately 500 square feet of grout per gallon and two coats are recommended. It should be applied every 2 to 3 years.

Stone Enhancer #1

Stone Enhancer #1 is a solvent based product containing a special blend of silicone oils which will beautify any marble, granite, slate and limestone surface by enhancing the natural colors within the stone. This enhancing effect will give the stone a "wet look" but not a high gloss finish. This product is applied on top of any of the Stone Sealer products listed above after they have fully cured but it cannot be applied alone to unsealed stone surfaces as it will be absorbed into the stone and the enhancing effect will disappear rapidly.
